Practice Tips
Swimmers are expected to be on deck, prepared to swim, 10 minutes prior to the start of the practice session.
Seasonal demands may impact the practice schedule and all participants should be prepared to adjust when pool time, meet preparation or meet participation requires it.
Swimmers participating in any dryland program must come to the pool with appropriate attire for dryland workouts (socks, athletic shoes, T-shirt, shorts or sweats).
Practice times may be adjusted slightly to accommodate the needs of all levels.
Please refer to team handbook regarding organization of levels and training times. The goal is to have children matched primarily by ability and commitment, secondarily, by age.
