3K- Circuit. Swimmers 13 Years and Older who have attained a 13-14 “a” time in 500 Yard Free or a 13-14 “BB” time in the 1650 yard Free.

Note: If your vehicle does not have a DoD decal, you are welcome to visit the USNA, but your vehicle will not be permitted onboard. Vehicles without Department of Defense identification stickers are not allowed to drive onto the Academy’s grounds until further notice. The only exception is for drivers of vehicles with valid handicap decals/plates and those vehicles will be searched. You may use public parking areas and walk in through Gate 1 or Gate 3, or park your vehicle at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium for a fee of $5.00 and ride the Courtesy Shuttle.

PARKING: Vehicles without Department of Defense identification stickers or authorized temporary pass are not allowed to drive onto the academy’s grounds. You may drop off swimmers at the gate 1 visitor parking area to WALKTHROUGH and then proceed to public parking. The DOWNTOWN GARAGE is a short (avg) 10 min walk to gate 1 OR as an alternative the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium Rowe Boulevard (near exit 24 off of RT 50) is available at a nominal cost and includes a free downtown shuttle bus. Be advised shuttle service has limited operating hours. Also note parking downtown outside of the garage is either METERED or PERMIT ONLY and with enforcement generally beginning after 10am by the City of Annapolis. GATE ENTRY: Every civilian visitor, over the age of 16, entering the academy should be prepared to show a photograph identification card and have his/her bags searched. Parents are encouraged to drop of swimmers at gate 1 for walkthrough and park in the DOWNTOWN GARAGE.
