CBAC SplashCentral: CBAC is now using SplashCentral for the main team web site. This CBAC site (cbacswimming.org) will be closed down in March. It can still be used as a reference but all meet signups, team communications, etc. are on the new SplashCentral site (www.cbacswimming.splashcentral.com). Please contact Kathleen D'Aurora with any questions regarding the new site.
CBAC News in the Newspapers: Bill Wood will be writing articles for the local papers. Please send him any newsworthy CBAC accomlishments including top 3 finishes from any meets. Parents - if your swimmer finishes 1st, 2nd or 3rd in any meet, please let Bill know the place(s), event(s), age group, and the meet they were at. Attention High School Swimmers: Special Olympics Swimming has started at Great Mills Pool. The Special Olympic Coordinator, Mary Lou Bucci (301-373-3469), is looking for High School swimmers to assist and coach the athletics. The athletics practice every Sunday from 6-8 PM at the Great Mills Pool. For more information contact somdsmc@gmpexpress.net or join her at the pool each Sunday at 6 PM.

CBAC Spring Registration for Returning Swimmers: Please complete CBAC registration and correct medical form if info has changed (USA Swimming Form does not need to be completed if swimmer swam in the Fall). Third swimmer in family is half price. Fourth swimmer swims for free. Please bring forms and payment (check or cash) to the pool and give to Yamile Hewitt or put in the bright yellow REGISTRATION folder.

CBAC Spring Registration for New Swimmers: New swimmer registration will take place Monday through Friday (January 28 - February 1) from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Please complete all three forms (CBAC Registration, Medical, and USA Swimming Form) and bring a birth certificate. Checks for USA fees should be made out to CBAC (not Maryland Swimming). Registration fees and USA fees can be combined on one check. Third swimmer in family is half price. Fourth swimmer swims for free. Contact Yamile at 301-863-1334 if you have any registration questions. Note: New swimmers should see Coach Chuck for a swimming assessment to determine which group would be the best fit. Swimming assessments will be done between 6:30 and 7:30pm Monday through Friday (starting now) at the St. Mary's College pool. They can be done the same day as registration. Contact Coach Chuck if you have any questions about the swimming assessment (240-925-4233).
