Clarification on Entry Deadline: Entries are due by 6pm, July 12th. Only swims occurring from Wednesday, July 11, 2007 through Monday, July 16, which achieve a first time qualifying standard, are eligible for fax entry. Fax entries are due by 1pm, July 17th.

Clarification on Relay Entries:
- Relays can be qualified by a time in SWIMS for a relay or an aggregate time made up of 4 individual times in SWIMS.

- A relay time can count as long as it was swum during the qualifying period and the swimmers represented the club at the time. Those swimmers do not have to swim in this meet.

- Any swimmer affiliated with the club now who swam a time during the qualifying period will count for an aggregate time, but a swimmer can be on only 1 relay per event. After the relay qualifies, any swimmer at the meet for that club can swim on it.

- Converted times for relays are not allowed.

Fax Entry Deadline for late entries has been extended: FAX ENTRY DEADLINE is 1:00 PM Tuesday July 17, 2007. Fax to: 301-863-1335. Fax entries will only be accepted for swims occurring between Wednesday July 11, 2007 and Monday July 16, 2007 which achieve a qualifying standard for the first time.
