Registration starts Thursday at 9:00am. Swimmers may practice on Thursday starting at 11:00am. Coaches meeting is at 1:00pm.

View Meet Notice. Download Hytek Events file. There will be NO BONUS EVENTS in this meet.

Proof of Times: Please remember to send your proof of times report from hytek. There is an option to include proof of times in the meet entries report (upper right corner). Also, you can specify a "use times since" date in the meet setup to restrict times to those achieved since January 1, 2004. Any questions? email Linda.

Hotels: Having problems finding a hotel room? Please call Coach Chuck Jacobs at 240-925-4233. A few rooms are now available at the Holiday Inn, Solomons. Call hotel directly after 5pm 7/15 to try to confirm these rooms. Rooms are 1 king bed non smoking "3" and 1 king bed with double sleeper sofa smoking. Blocked rate is not available any longer. 410 326-6311.

Download entry forms: Team Entry Recap; Fax Entry Form (late entries), Individual Entry Form; Relay Entry Form. Note: If you don't send your entries in form of a commlink or hytek entry file, please complete the individual and relay entry forms. Otherwise, these forms do not need to be completed. Email Linda at davisfamily@gmpexpress.net or phone 301-995-6066 (day time) or 301-475-2540 (evenings and weekends).

Attention Coaches: Swimmers entered with times not in the USA Swimming SWIMS database should be prepared to prove the time with a copy of official meet results. High school, college and YMCA Swims must be from a swim officially observed by USA Swimming. Be sure to bring USA Swimming ID cards.

Entry Notes: emailed entries are preferred (email to davisfamily@gmpexpress.net). If you send entries by postal mail, please remember to waive signature. Meet director will send receipt responses by email - please be sure to include your email address!

Officials: The Super Sectional meet is designated as a "National Certification Qualifying Meet for Officials." Download application to officiate.
