Burdick Hall features an eight lane, 25-yard pool with non-turbulent lane dividers and spectator seating. The meet will be run by a Colorado Timing System with horn and scoreboard. The results will be posted continuously throughout the meet.

The meet referee for this meet will be Randy Morris.

The meet is open to all USA Swimming registered swimmers in age groups 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, & Open with times slower than 2003 All Star Meet Qualifying Times and faster than 2003 "B" time standards. Age is determined as of February 28, 2003. Note: a 10-yr old may swim in the 11 age group if his birthday falls between the CBAC Jr. All-Star Meet and the MD Swimming All-Star Meet (February 28, 2003 - March 8, 2003). No entrant will be permitted to compete unless that entrant is a member of USA Swimming as provided in Article 302 of the USA Swimming Rules and Regulation. On-deck registration will be permitted.

Applicable USA Swimming rules shall govern this competition. Maryland Swimming rules shall also apply. USA SWIMMING / MD SWIMMING SAFETY GUIDELINES AND WARM-UP PROCEDURES WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE MEET. No one will be permitted on the pool deck unless they are registered with USA Swimming as an athlete, or as a non-athlete working the meet.

No-Recall Starting Procedures: Starting procedures for this meet will be conducted in accordance with USA Swimming Rules, Section 102.14.4H.

Slower than 2003 All Star Meet Qualifying Times and faster than 2003 "B" time standards. No time entries are not acceptable.

All entries must be submitted on 3.5 floppy disks or submitted on the attached swimmer entry form. If information is submitted on the form, it must be complete and printed legibly. Swimmers may enter a maximum of four (4) events per day. The meet director reserves the right to limit entries to stay within the applicable time constraints of the meet. The 500 Free and the 400 I.M. will be limited to the fastest 14 swimmers in each event unless time permits additional heats. Deck seeds will only be accepted prior to fifteen minutes before the scheduled session start time and must be paid at the time of the deck seed.

All entries must be received by the Meet Director by 5:00 p.m. on February 21, 2003. Maryland LSC teams whose entries are received by the entry deadline will have first priority.

The fees for this meet will be $4.00 per individual event. Entry fees must be mailed with the entries. Deck-seeded events will be $5.00 per individual event and must be paid at the time entries are added. Checks should be made payable to the Chesapeake Bay Aquatic Club.

All certified USA officials willing to volunteer their services should contact Randy Morris at 301-872-4266 or at morriswr@starpower.net.

Ribbons will be awarded for first through eighth place for individual events.

Results will be posted continuously throughout the meet. Additionally, results will be available for downloading from the MD swimming web site at www.mdswim.org 48 hours after the conclusion of the meet. Teams entering the meet by disk will be provided the results on disk at the conclusion of the meet. Printed results will be mailed upon request only.

Programs will be on sale at the concession stand at the cost of $6.00 each.

From Washington, D.C., Richmond Proceed on I-95 North to the Baltimore Beltway, I-695. Exit left (exit is on left) on to I-695 towards Towson to Charles Street (Exit 25 off I-695). Bear right on to Charles Street coming off the ramp. Follow Charles Street south for 1.5 miles (from first traffic light) to Towsontown Blvd. Turn left at the traffic signal. Burdick Hall is located next to the baseball field off of Towsontown Blvd.
